I believe that a minimum of three (3) sessions works best but perhaps you would like to first give it a try before committing to more sessions (you know better what is best for you!)

‘Embrace your emotional chaos’ (EYEC) journey

If you are at a standstill and/or devoid of feelings, you have landed in the right place.

This 3-month journey will support you to navigate through the emotional chaos, facing and feeling what is usually described as ‘uncomfortable’, ‘unwanted’, or ‘unpleasant’. Our aim is to uncover deeply-held wisdom to help you envision changes and gradually see them taking shape as we move along.
